Updated for WindowBlinds 5

11/30 Added per-pixel logoff and shutdown dialogs.

The new features will only work with WindowBlinds 5 Beta or above. Older versions should still display the skin the original way.

Now includes transparent window frames, taskbar, and Start menu, new shell animations, and a fancy new "Please Wait" window.

Standard and compact Start menus are included as sub-skins. Original non-alpha blended versions area also included. This skin haves my 3 star rating, but i can't vote because i am not suscriber
